Returns & Refund Policy for sbmbd.net

Thank you for shopping at sbmbd.net. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here are the policies for returns & refunds.

1) Eligibility for Returns

  • The item was purchased through sbmbd.net.
  • The request for return is made within 7 days (or whatever period you choose) of receipt of the product.
  • The product is in unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, etc. intact.
  • The product is in resalable condition.
  • Item is not a clearance product / “final sale” (if specified).
  • For custom-made, personalized, intimate items (e.g., underwear), or sanitary products, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital goods or downloadable content.
  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Personal care items or intimate apparel (unless faulty).
  • Products where the seal or packaging is broken or used.
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable or final sale.

3) Return Process

  • Contact Customer Service: Send us a return request at support@sbmbd.net or via our helpdesk/portal, including your order number, reason for return, and photos (if relevant).
  • Approval & Return Authorization: If the return is approved, we’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions, including the address to send the return.
  • Shipping the Return:
    • Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
    • Use a trackable shipping method.
  • Cost of Return Shipping:
    • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping.
    • If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, size doesn’t fit, etc.), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

4) Refunds & Exchanges

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it. Inspection may take up to 5 business days.
  • Refund Approval: If the return meets eligibility conditions, we’ll approve a refund or an exchange (if request is for an exchange).
  • How Refunds Are Issued: Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Depending on your bank/credit card company, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to show.
  • Deduction or Restocking Fees:
    • If the item is not returned in original condition or missing packaging/tags, a restocking or handling fee may apply.
    • If the return is due to customer's change of mind, we may subtract a reasonable handling fee.
  • Exchanges: For wrong size/color, if available, item can be exchanged. The customer usually covers shipping cost for sending back and receiving the exchanged item (unless due to our error).

5) Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered:
  • Take photos (external packaging + product) immediately upon delivery.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and images.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping), according to your preference and product availability.

6) Returns for International Orders

  • International customers must follow the same return process unless local laws provide additional consumer protections.
  • Import duties, taxes, and return shipping charges may apply.
  • Refunds may exclude non-refundable duties or customs fees.

7) Timeframe for Refunds

  • After we approve the return, we’ll process the refund within 5–7 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank/card provider to post the refund.

8) Cancelled Orders

  • Before the item has shipped, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; you’ll need to initiate a return after delivery (per above terms).

9) Exchanges (if offered)

  • Exchanges are permitted if the same item is in stock (size, color).
  • Customer may need to pay the return shipping and/or extra cost if the new item is more expensive.
  • Any price difference will be settled (refund or additional payment) at the time of exchange.

10) Policy Changes & Notifications

We may update this Returns & Refund Policy occasionally. When we do, we will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes will apply to orders made after that date.
